1. Introduction
By accessing or using The Patient Journey Course through www.patientjourney.academy and the associated course platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. By registering for a course, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Accounts and login access are provided through patientjourneycourse.com.
4. Payments
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept card payments via Stripe. By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual property
Course videos, text, graphics, downloads and other materials belong to The Patient Journey Course or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or publicly display any materials without our written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to access the platform without authorisation;
- share your login details or course access with other people;
- disrupt the platform or related systems;
- upload malicious software or code; or
- use course material unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Money-back guarantee and cancellation
If you are not satisfied with the online course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing Support@patientjourney.academy. To qualify, no more than 30% of the course may have been accessed or completed.

8. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Our courses and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the courses will meet your expectations or that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. Please review them periodically.
